Q: What is your recipe for success?

A: A combination of barre and boot camp. I take about 3 of each class per week. Bootcamp gives me the chance to really push myself and barre gives me the opportunity to really slow things down to focus on toning.

Q: How long have you been coming to FR? What/Who got you involved in FR?

A: I have been coming to FR since August. I moved here from Kansas City and tried about 5 different gyms before finally committing to FR. I left a gym I loved in Kansas City, but FR quickly became its replacement. The class variety and availability make it hard not come back.

Q: What kind of activities do you participate in outside of FR?

A: I’ve had fun exploring my new home here in Sacramento. I’ve really got into mountain biking and paddle boarding since being here.

Q: What goals have you achieved? What goals are you currently working on?

A: Continuously working on making myself better. Since joining FR, I have seen results and results are what drive me. I’ve noticed the biggest change in my overall muscle tone, specifically my arms and mid-section. If I keep working, I will keep changing – so my main goal is to keep pushing myself!

Q: Favorite classes to attend?

A: #1 Favorite is Saturday morning barre class with Rebecca. It sets the pace for my whole weekend and I hate to ever miss it. I hate to love boot camp on Mondays, that class gets me ready for the week! As tough as it is to make myself go, I am always happy that I did afterward.
