“Before starting Fitness Rangers Bootcamp, I was in horrible shape. I had managed to stay thin through college, but that all changed a few years later when I gave birth to my son. I was desperate to lose the baby weight, get back into shape, and feel good again. After attending Fitness Rangers Bootcamp, I had accomplished that goal and actually exceeded it by quite a bit. I am currently in the best shape of my life and it has benefited me greatly. I have started playing new sports, like tennis, and it feels great doing it. I am no longer exhausted by the time the weekend comes, and now have lots more energy for fun events with my family. The greatest bonus that I got from this experience was all the great people that I met while doing it. We all accomplished something together. Thanks a lot, you guys are great!”

“I don’t know where to begin to endorse the Fitness Rangers Bootcamp program. I was a competitive multi-sport athlete through high school and have followed a regular exercise routine since quitting competitive sports. Despite all of that, I’ve carried an extra 20-30 pounds of weight that I haven’t been able to shed. Even when I trained for and ran a marathon in a very respectable time, I didn’t see much weight loss.

When my friend convinced me to try Fitness Rangers Bootcamp last year, I figured, I’d give it a try. Since then I’ve dropped almost 30 pounds and gained significant strength, agility and conditioning. I’ve also had a ton of fun doing it. I have met some really great people and actually look forward to pushing my body to its limits before the sun comes up! Hoorah!”

“Joining an exercise group, especially a bootcamp-type activity can be very intimidating for anyone. But the Fitness Rangers instructors make it comfortable for everyone. They are supportive and definitely motivate you. They push you to your limits, and celebrate your milestones. Fitness Rangers Bootcamp has changed my body dramatically. I am stronger, more lean and have a ton of energy. The workouts are varied but calculated to produce maximum results in a 1 hour period. Some of the benefits from joining Fitness Rangers Bootcamp are accountability, camaraderie and knowledge. Be on time and in uniform if you don’t want the rest of the group to suffer. You will develop friendships with fun, outgoing people. You will learn how far your body can be pushed as well as hundreds of exercises that you can use on your own at home or in the gym.

“Fitness Rangers Bootcamp has given me a new outlook on life! After having my twin daughters 4 years ago, I neglected my previous fitness routine. My friend introduced me to Fitness Rangers Bootcamp and I am addicted! It has given me my strength and confidence back and has helped me be a better, more patient, less tired mother. The Fitness Rangers Bootcamp program has pushed me to fitness levels that I never would have thought I would have attained. The team spirit lifts you up, as we are all there to encourage each other. Sign-up and you will feel and see the improvements! Hoorah!

Fitness Rangers Bootcamp is fast, fun and you get results! I made the commitment one year ago and since that time I have become stronger, quicker and have lost more than 20 pounds. I grew up an athlete and staying in shape was not a challenge for me. Fast forward 20 years, and now I am a working mom. I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to working out, so that time that I do have I want to invest in a good quality workout. Fitness Rangers not only provides a great workout, but the trainers and other participants push me to do more each day. I recommend Fitness Rangers to anyone, at any fitness level. It is a warm welcoming environment and great for anyone looking for a fast, fun workout with outstanding results. Hoorah!

“Fitness Rangers Bootcamp is by far one of the best fitness decisions I’ve ever made. Their instructors want to see each person succeed, and push you to your limit. I really didn’t think I’d start seeing results so quickly, but after three weeks I was seeing more toned muscles, higher energy and a lot more stamina. I feel accomplished and proud after each class because I’m doing exercises and workouts I never thought I could pull off!”

So why Fitness Rangers Bootcamp?

First, a little background –

Pretty much all of my adult life, I have worked out at some level. Whether it’s running, going to the gym for cardio and weights, riding a bike, playing basketball, crossfit, etc –I have always done something. Consequently, I have always gotten bored, lost interest or been injured in each of those activities. As much as I enjoyed the way I felt after a workout, I still dreaded having to do it and I was never at ease until I could push myself to do one of those things. With the exception of basketball, I also dreaded most of those activities while I was doing them. During that same period of time, I participated in a diet (mostly late night) that included enough calories to support a race horse. At nighttime, after my lovely family was asleep in bed, my brain would start to spin and I think about all the things I have to do the next day and how I’m going to fit them all in. The working out portion of the day was always the most stressful to think about because a) It wasn’t fun, b) I was not able to relax until I did it, c) I really just wanted to lay around and do nothing so I could stress about the things I needed to be doing. Did I mention that I’m not a morning person? Well, I am not.

Nowadays (since last April) my evening thoughts and my perception of the morning hours are a little different. Now that ‘ever so stressful’ period in the evening has been replaced with the excitement that I actually get to (yes, get to–not have to) wake up at 415am in preparation for my 530/6am bootcamp. Going to bed’s biggest reward is that I’m that much closer to bootcamp. WTF?

So again, why Fitness Rangers Bootcamp?

First of all the style in which bootcamps are executed is unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced. The combination of intense cardio and strengthening coupled with loud upbeat music and dimming lights creates a base for a workout atmosphere that keeps your brain moving just as hard as your body so that you don’t even have time to think about what you are doing. Crazy, huh?

The reason I say ‘a base for a workout atmosphere’ is because a gym with just those things mentioned would not have the same result that FR does without the high quality trainers and its fantastic members.

Since day one, I got the impression that the FR trainers were genuinely interested in my progress and wellbeing. This impression was solidified by my observation of how the trainers spoke of the other members. They truly are observant of the wants and needs of the members and have the energy and where with all to meet those same wants and needs. Whether it’s helping me with my dietary needs or keeping me motivated through the workouts the trainers at FR have my back.

Although the membership base is very diverse, they all seem to have the same goal and attitude in mind — to get or stay in shape, have fun and maintain positive lifestyle and wellbeing. Everyone I run into at BC has something special about them that makes me want to keep coming in each morning to get my butt kicked. Some members make me laugh, some make me push harder, some set me straight, some allow me to set them straight (sort of), some show sympathy when its needed and a lot of members (who weren’t already) have become good friends to me and my little family. The FR members as a whole are truly the best selling point of the gym for me.

The combination of the rocking atmosphere, dynamic workouts, knowledgeable high energy trainers and ‘kick ass’ members adds up to a workout experience you will not see anywhere else! This place has and continues, to assist me in improving my physical level and most importantly, my mental wellbeing. Not only do I reap the benefits but my family, friends, coworkers and staff and frankly anyone else around me reap the benefits as well. HOORAH!!

I had been getting bored at the gym. The same old workout. Running was getting old too. And, free time is short for me these days, so I wasn’t at all maximizing my workouts. The boredom and routine had stolen my motivation, and I slowly got out of shape. I saw a review of Fitness Rangers a few months before beginning and thought it sounded like fun. For me, it was a great move.

I have been impressed with Fitness Rangers since my first workout. The workout was great, and I was using muscles I forgot I had. Thought that first workout seemed brutal, they have gotten easier (and fun) as I have quickly gotten back into shape.

The instructors are great. They rotate though, but somehow they know and remember everyone’s names. The workouts are never the same. Nothing is routine. We move quickly through them, which is great for short-attention-span people like me. They push you, encourage you, and help you succeed

The other participants are also great. A majority are return customers, and they are all in fantastic shape (all attribute that to Fitness Rangers). There are varying levels of fitness and nobody gets left behind or is made to feel self-conscious. Everyone is super-cool and we work well as a team.

If you want to truly maximize the workout time you have, you have to check Fitness Rangers out!

“I’m joining Fitness Rangers Bootcamp”, I said. My friends and family said “you go, girl!” But all of them thought “you must be nuts”. And they are probably right!. I’m 57 years old – and although I’m probably in the best shape of my life-after-children, my treadmill workouts didn’t seem challenging enough. In 2009 I lost 50 pounds, and had another 10 to go – and although my health is greatly improved, something was missing. I picked up a Fitness Rangers brochure at the yogurt shop near work. I checked out the website and sent a few emails to Adam. His kindness, thoughtful responses and encouragement made the decision easy.

So, fast-forward a couple of weeks, and here I am, first day of bootcamp. Somehow, I made it through, and it was the hardest thing I had ever done. I didn’t keep up with the rest of the class, but I did what I could and a little more. I challenged myself to do one more rep – even if the total was only 4 – it was 4 more than I did the day before. I left that first day happy, tired and hooked on bootcamp. Over the next 3 weeks, my stamina and strength improved every session. My instructors and fellow recruits were so encouraging, inspiring and helpful. My 4 reps became 10, and now I can mostly keep up with the class. But it doesn’t matter that I keep up with the others – what matters is I improve my level of fitness each week. Before the start of my 4th week – I took my measurements. I lost an inch in my bust, waist, and in my hips.

I look forward to the 6am workouts twice a week. I enjoy the glorious early morning, and take pride in my accomplishments – from 0 pushups to 20, times 3. And hey, is that an ab muscle I see there? I’m addicted to the positive energy, to the hard work, and to the results I can see. My friends and family now say “wow, you glow with good health.” Thanks Fitness Rangers – for the kindness, the encouragement and the awesome workouts.

I wanted to thank Fitness Rangers Bootcamp a million times for everything it has done to help me. The program has made it possible for me to get into such great shape over these last 2-3 years. I ran and finished my first 100-mile run — the Western States 100 – at the end of June. It was a dream come true to be in this race…and to actually finish seemed to good to be true.

I started running in 2002 and by 2003, I had made up my mind that I wanted to run Western States. After a series of injuries in 2005 and some other health problems I was told by doctors in 2006 that I “would never run more than a few miles again, if any at all.” I remember that day in the doctor’s office perfectly, and I vowed then and there to prove them all wrong. Five years later, I did. It was a long battle, but it meant the world to me to be out there on that course in an attempt to run 100. When I started Fitness Rangers Bootcamp in 2007, I was so impressed by the results and as I’ve continued these past two years, it has helped to bring me to a fitness level that I didn’t even know I could achieve. I showed up at Squaw Valley (the start of the race) in the best shape of my life. Some of that was my own running up and down canyons repeatedly for the previous 6 months, but a lot of that was also just my overall body strength and core fitness which I developed and strengthened through the Fitness Rangers Bootcamp program. So, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I don’t know if I could have achieved my dream without your support and encouragement — and without the toughness of all the other ‘regular’ boot campers who pushed me to my limits. If I could, I’d be a ‘boot camper’ for life!
