Pilates trains the body as a whole, not in independent parts to produce unbelievable results. Our signature classes will help you sculpt a longer, leaner looking body, improve posture, increase flexibility and help prevent injury.

If you’re kick-starting a fitness routine, Pilates exercises can be a great introduction. If you’re seeking a new way to challenge your body, the practice may be the perfect solution.

Our multi-level classes will challenge your core strength and flatten your abs with whole body movement. Tone your legs and glutes while challenging your balance it will help you feel strong and toned from head to toe.

Gloria Quiming, Pilates Instructor

Gloria teaches Pilates, a method of disciplined and precise movement principles that are proven to dramatically transform the way your body looks feels and performs. She began her training through the Body Mind Institute. She completed her Pilates education through Integrated Teachers Training with Madeline Black and Joerg Chabowski at Studio M in Sonoma, California. Gloria is a personal trainer, certified with the National Council on Strength & Fitness. She loves teaching people how to transform their bodies and move with a heightened level of awareness, her sessions with clients are intense and focused, while remaining upbeat and fun!
