
Our Personal Training programs are designed to empower you–physically, psychologically and emotionally. These are more than one-on-one sessions. It is a progression of your fitness level, from base conditioning to increased physical and cognitive skills over time.
Your personal training program is customized for your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your trainer. Your body will feel better, perform better, and look better. We guarantee results and we will empower you to get the most out of your fitness program.
For maximum results, many of our members choose to perform a series of personal training sessions. In is during this series that the trainer educates, motivates, and empowers the member to take the next step in changing their life and reaching their goals.

Adam Attia, Owner/Trainer

Adam is the owner of Fitness Rangers, he has created a fitness program that produces maximum results in minimal time. It will push you to your absolute physical limit and them make you do 20 more. His philosophy, which has been developed over the past decade in the fitness industry, revolved around dynamic innovative movements that constantly challenge the bodies musculature system.

Matt Gilbert, Trainer

Matt has competed in Division 1 track and field as a pole vaulter throughout his college career. He is currently studying Kinesiology on a graduate level at Sacramento State University. He has been a personal trainer for cour years and has volunteered as the Assistant Coach for Sacramento State Track & Field, assisting athletes with their jump. He is passionate about fitness and loves assisting people with their own fitness goals.

Jason Wacker, Trainer
Losing to someone better than you is inevitable. Losing because you didn’t try hard enough is optional.
Jason is a Division 1 Track & Field athlete competing as a shot put and discus thrower for Sacramento State University. He currently is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. Sports and fitness is center to his life as an athlete, student and fitness professional. He currently works at Arden Hills Resort on the Strength & Conditioning staff, as well as for Fitness Rangers. He is a very technical Olympic weight lifter and is passionate about fitness and health. He enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
Specialized Skills: Olympic weightlifting, plyometric training, core strength, speed training, lifting technician.

Chris Kirkwood, Trainer

Chris is currently training to throw the javelin for the US Olympic Team. His innovative and energetic style of training is the perfect addition to Fitness Rangers Bootcamp.
