With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Rebecca has developed a unique, innovative and challenging approach to Barre that will demand unparalleled results. Rebecca’s experience includes owning her own Bikram Yoga studio in Monterey, teaching Spinning, Aerobics, strength training and Hatha Yoga. As a mother of three, Rebecca understands the importance of a challenging yet efficient workout all while having fun in a dynamic group setting. After living in San Francisco for the past 10 years and teaching Barre and Yoga in some of San Francisco’s most acclaimed facilities. Rebecca brought her exciting Barre program to Fitness Rangers!
Rebecca’s mission is to provide a class that every student can walk out of and feel energized and strong. As a mom she understands how important it is to take time for yourself. Each class not only helps you get through your day but it also allows you to be a better parent and person. She has observed the benefits of Barre first hand. Since having her youngest child she has practiced barre daily and has gone down 4 sizes! She feels better than ever.
Rebecca strives to help each student reach their potential. She encourages them to feel strong and confident and know that the time they spend in Barre class will be efficient. Rebecca is so happy to be a part of the FR Team. She is excited to be able to create a more comprehensive program by encouraging members to incorporate Barre into their routine. She has noticed first hand the benefits people are experiencing by incorporating all that FR offers.
