We sell bottled water at our front desk. We also have a filtered water fountain at the gym if you need to fill up your water bottle.

Do I have to bring my own shoes for RhythmRide?
No. We offer rentals at our gym for $2. You are of course welcome to bring your own shoes. Our Bike pedals are SPD compatible.
Do I need socks for Barre?
You are required to wear socks for all classes held in Barre room (Barre, Yoga, Shred, Ride & Tone). We have socks for sale at Front Desk.
Do you have Locker Rooms?
Yes, we have lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks. We also have showers, changing are and toiletries. We also offer complimentary shower towels and hand towels for your class.
Do you have mats available for Yoga?
Yes we do. We encourage you bring your own if you have one, as we only have a limited number of mats. If you don’t have a mat, you can borrow one from us, free of charge.
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
How early should I arrive to my first class?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class. This is to allow enough time for you to complete a Liability waiver, introduce you to the instructor, and get you set up for class. Each class is different in the kind of equipment used and its set up. We want you to have plenty of time to get acquainted with the space.
How old does my child need to be in order for them to be in childcare?
There is no minimum age requirement for the children in child care. All of our staff enjoys working with kids and we have kids of all ages who join us while their parents workout. Child care is $6/hour for kids under 8 years of age and $3 for kids 8+ years of age.
We have a child care space right by the front desk that is fully equipped with toys, kids shows, and a selection of kid-friendly movies.
Often depending on what is going on throughout the gym we are able to take the kids out into the turf room and offer supervised exercise and games.
What sort of spin clips do I need on my spin shoes?
The spin bikes that we have use SPD clips to clip in for the class. Spin shoes are required for the class.
What’ s your cancellation policy?
Due to extremely limited space and COVID-19 Fitness Rangers requires that you cancel a reserved spot 6 hours prior to your scheduled class, once the reservation is canceled the class will be credited back to your account (If a punch card). If you do not cancel 6 hours prior to the start of class, you will forfeit that class or if you are an Unlimited Member you will incur a $20 fee. As an unlimited member you get a free late cancel each month. After that first late cancel you will incur the $20 amount.
We have this policy in place to ensure that anyone who is waiting to get into classes has sufficient time to attend if clients cancel. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this policy.
