As an adult I have always been into physical fitness and working out, and have tried many activities as well as many gyms. You name it, I’ve tried it! I have been a runner, swimmer and even a Crossfitter, but no matter what I do I always seem to lose my drive and focus. The typical workout phenomenon sets in and I essentially lose all interest and look for the next thing.
That’s where Fitness Rangers comes into my life. They do two things extremely well which are the reasons I continue to make FR my gym of choice; workout composition & trainer expertise.
I have been a member of FR for about a year and a half, and I can still remember my first Bootcamp class. After that first class I knew this was something different and special and knew it was going to be perfect for me… I was hooked!
The classes are structured in ways to incorporate the perfect amounts of intense cardio and strength training. What’s even more important to me is the fact that each and every time the workout is different, so I never know what to expect. These constantly changing workouts keep me on my toes, and ensure that I never get bored. I have also ventured out to other FR class offerings including: Boxing Bootcamp, Turf, and Barre which have all been amazing!
