Megan is a native of Sacramento. Her passion for fitness started with long distance running in college, which quickly evolved into an obsession with weightlifting. Graduating from BYU-Idaho with a B.S. in Excercise3 Physiology-Program Design and an emphasis in Nutrition. Megan has been dedicated to proving to her clients the incredible benefits of weightlifting and the important role nutrition has in the results we see in the mirror and in the gym. he loves to find the newest research to advance not only her own knowledge, but to keep your workout exciting as well. Megan is devoted to helping people reach their full potential, believing that fitness and proper nutrition will improve all facets of our lives.
She specializes in Strength Training, conditioning and program design. She is able to taylor programs to incorporate weight loss and uses her nutrition background to offer nutritional guidance and meal planning along the way.
Besides fitness, Megan is passionate about animals, her faith, and her family. She enjoys going to Disneyland with her husband, hoarding cosmetics, and eating Chipotle.
Starting personal training with Megan has been instrumental in taking my overall fitness to the next level! Strength training has always been an opportunity for me and she has helped me get stronger and become more comfortable with lifting weights.
