Tara’s passion for fitness stemmed from her background with athletics. She grew up playing various sports and earned a Division 1 scholarship for basketball at the University of San Diego. After her collegiate career, Tara quickly got into weightlifting and Crossfit and committed herself to a healthy and active lifestyle. She realized that taking care of your body physically, strongly impacts your overall mindset and has since gained a new found confidence in herself through fitness. Tara’s favorite word is “thrive” because she believes it can be applied to all aspects of life whether it is personal, professional, or fitness related and wants to continue to spread that message with her clients.
