Brian Xicotencatl

Brian found his love for fitness during his time spent as a collegiate athlete. He played water polo and swam for Fresno Pacific University, but he was not always in shape as an athlete. In 2009, he reached his largest weight of 265lbs. Through hard work and dedication he dropped that weight down to 180 lbs to compete at the NCAA collegiate level. During his time at FPU, he was educated in the field of Kinesiology in techniques of fitness assessment, exercise prescription, motor behavior, and biomechanics.
Specialized Skills: PNF Stretching, Mobility, Strength and Conditioning, Water Polo, Swimming, Tennis, and Body Work.
Certifications: NSCA-CSCS, USAW1, FMS LVL1, NSCA-CPT, NFHS CERTIFIED COACH
