Initial Consultation: Fitness Assessment and Movement Screen

A Fitness Assessment includes data collection on your health and fitness background and a body composition analysis. The movement assessment involves assessing your muscle imbalances, flexibility, posture, injury trends and movement performance deficits that impeded your quality of life or athletic ability. A custom exercise program is created to address these problems to improve your quality of life in regards to pain or discomfort, injury prevention, athletic enhancement, general fitness, weight loss and anything in between.
