At Fitness Rangers we offer child care and seasonal kids programs. We pride ourselves in creating a family environment and not only offering some of the best workouts in Sacramento but also creating a place for kids to hang out, feel comfortable and be well supervised. All staff enjoy working with kids.
We have a kids’ room right by the front desk that is fully equipped with toys, a DVD player and a selection of kid-friendly movies.
Often depending on what is going on throughout the gym we are able to take the kids out into the turf room and offer supervised exercise and games.

Come Join the Fun!
We offer Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba, Power Hour, and Fuel Right classes. Each child has a chance to get their energy out in a FUN and creative way all while getting a wonderful mind and body workout. Each class offers participants the opportunity to express themselves through movement and fun hands-on experiences that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Each fitness and health class is designed for children in two age groups: Recruit Level (4-6-year-olds) and Core Level (6-13-year-olds).
Note: Each session has two built in water breaks AND at any point in which a participant needs to take a break, get some water, or just refocus, they are always permitted.
