A: I was teaching at a dance studio and my student’s mom asked if I wanted to teach barre at her studio. Instantly, I said yes and that’s when my love for fitness began.
Q: How long have you been working for Fitness Rangers?
A: I’ve been here for about 2 months and I absolutely love it!
Q: What’s your recipe for optimal health?
A: My recipe for optimal health is whole foods nutrition, hands down. Nutrition is key to true health. I’ve been paleo for 2 years now and I can’t even begin to describe the amazing changes and healing I’ve experienced. I’ve become so passionate about nutrition that one of my personal goals is to become a certified nutrition coach.
Q: What is your favorite class at Fitness Rangers?
A: Any HITT class!
Q: When you aren’t at FR where can we find you?
A: When I’m not at FR, I’m teaching at my other studios. You can also find me resting on my couch watching Stranger Things with my chihuahua on my lap while eating a bag of pork rinds. I love the latter!
