I fell in love with fitness when I began playing volleyball at a young age. I started focusing on Pilates, strength training, and boxing during high school and college. While attending school at ASU, I started taking barre classes and immediately got hooked. With over 5 years of teaching experience, I have developed classes that are effective and intense. Barre has helped me in all areas of my life and I want to pass on those benefits to my clients. Most recently, I have started training at Fitness Rangers and I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals & get in the best shape of their lives.
