Tip to Keep Your Defenses Strong All Winter Long

Billions of friendly bacteria that live happily in our internal environment mainly in our gut that help keep the vital balance of good and bad in check…hopefully. When the balance shifts and yeasts, molds and fungus multiply quickly, fed on sugars, they thrive in an acidic Ph and throw off immunity off. Fermented/Cultured Foods

We tend to think yogurt here but there are many better choices that aren’t dairy that contain much more beneficial enzymes, Probiotics, B vitamins and amino acids. Med Chest 

Simple inexpensive elements are really sound ways to prevent illness and rebound quickly in case you do go down. My best anti-bio syrup that I use daily to prevent illness is still the most effective.

1 lemon w/peel, quartered

1 cup raw local honey

6-9 cloves garlic

Blend all ingredients until smooth. At first sign of illness/colds take 1tsp each hour with water to boost system into action and avoid being taken down. ½ tsp 3x daily for preventive maintenance to keep well.

An alkaline Ph is a great goal since bad microbes don’t thrive or even want to hang out in such an environment. At first symptoms of illness, take ½ tsp baking soda into 6 oz water and drink 5-6x daily until you feel better. Your Ph will shift in a positive direction. This is an easy, quick fix that works well with nausea and upset stomach also.

Drink the juice of one lemon daily as the best cleansing ritual ever. Upon rising in the am and after dinner and before sleep in the pm, rise teeth so the enamel isn’t harmed. Lemons are Nature’s cleansers and much more!
