I have been coming to Fitness Rangers for a little over 4 years now. I remember when I first started coming Dana and Adam were in the process of hosting the gym’s Grand Opening. When I started I was 22 with no history of fitness levels. So I hopped on to Google and searched fitness bootcamps. I scrolled through some other gyms but Fitness Rangers caught my eye. Plus, the first time was free so why not? I grabbed a few friends and we took our first bootcamp. From that day forward I’ve been hooked.
Chris started here at Fitness Rangers working the Front Desk. He has grown to become a certified personal trainer. Chris has been an athlete since the age of 10. Competing has always been in his nature. Growing up Chris has participated in baseball, football and track & field. After discovering the BFS (Better, Faster, Stronger) Program as a child, he has truly appreciated the importance of not only strength and conditioning, but also accountability and the will to never quit.

With holiday parties, and christmas stockings filled with sweets, there is an overabundance of calories at every corner. Not to mention with the cold weather and short days, it is pretty easy to find yourself bundled up in bed by a fire after work as opposed to at the gym doing a workout. While getting to the gym and eating right can already be difficult for some of us in the fast paced hustle and bustle that is life, when the holidays come around, sticking to a diet or exercise regimen can almost be a herculean feat.
