Q: What is your recipe for success?
A: 1. Consistency. I believe that you must be consistent in your pursuit of your goals.
2. Goal setting with absolute dates. Set your goals and write those babies down somewhere at home and work, a place that you will look at on the daily.
3. Accountability. Find a crew that expects the best out of you and pushes you to an excellence edge.
4. Balance. I have to find time to foster that spiritual balance. If my spiritual health is a mess then my physical health means nothing.
Q: How long have you been coming to FR? What/Who got you involved in FR?
A: I have been with this crew since April. Best decision ever. Taylor Giroux had been on me to come for years. Wish I would’ve listened to my Queen earlier-but she already knows that.
Q: What kind of activities do you participate in outside of FR?
A: I love Bootcamp and Barre, on Thursdays I train exclusively with Chris Nichols. That king has kept me on my toes and is one of the best in the business.
Q: What goals have you achieved? What goals are you currently working on?
A: I am so much stronger than before I started with The Rangers. I am hoping to acquire more strength and fat loss as the year closes out. New goals for 2018 are currently being crafted!
Q: Favorite classes to attend.
A: Bootcamp and barre. Those two slay me every time!
