    I fell in love with fitness when I began playing volleyball at a young age. I started focusing on Pilates, strength training, and boxing during high school and college. While attending school at ASU, I started taking barre classes and immediately got hooked. With over 5 years of teaching experience, I have developed classes that are effective and intense. Barre has helped me in all areas of my life and I want to pass on those benefits to my clients. Most recently, I have started training at Fitness Rangers and I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals & get in the best shape of their lives.

    Megan’s passion for fitness started with long distance running in college, which quickly evolved in to an obsession with weightlifting. Graduating from BYU-Idaho with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology-Program Design and an emphasis in Nutrition, Megan has been dedicated to proving to her clients the incredible benefits of weightlifting and the important role nutrition has in the results we see in the mirror and in the gym. She loves to find the newest research to advance not only her own knowledge, but to keep your workout exciting as well. Megan is devoted to helping people reach their full potential, believing that fitness and proper nutrition will improve all facets of our lives.
